Real Wedding – Amy & Forrest, Nashville, TN

September 16, 2010

Simplistic with a serious pop of color.  That’s the easiest way to describe the decedent wedding of Amy & Forrest that took place in Nashville, TN.  Amy, who is a graphic designer and has a serious love for weddings knew exactly what she wanted on her big day.  The couple had their summer wedding ceremony at Second Presbyterian Church with a {tasty} reception to follow at The Loveless Barn.  The groom chose the color of bright blue to be the core accent color of the wedding.  The bride chose different yellow tones to compliment the groom’s blues.  These colors played throughout the entire wedding ceremony, wedding party and even played into the colors of the Loveless Cafe.  The groom wore a classic black tuxedo with a fabulous bright blue bow-tie. The bride wore a simple A line gown with a v-neckline and a beautiful bow that complimented the back of her dress.  She accented it with delicate jewels and a birdcage veil with exquisite flowers that made her look just divine.  Her shoes were the same bright blue of her groom’s bow-tie.  Her flowers were of a bright yellow assortment of daisy’s and calla lilies, tied together with a beautiful blue bow.  The ceremony was simplistic and oh so romantic, just as perfect as the bride and groom would have wanted.  The reception that followed was nothing but fun – lots of dancing and lots of dining.  This was a tried and true Nashville wedding, incorporating history of this city with the bride and groom’s exquisite personalities.
